Before moving to the Seattle area in 2002, Dr. Dave E. Cole pastored a growing church in East Wenatchee, Washington for 20 years. Dave was elected as Assistant Superintendent of his denomination the Northwest Ministry Network in 2002 and continues to work with hundreds of pastors and congregations that are desiring to move beyond the status quo. He recently focused his doctoral studies in developing an Outward-Focused church and is currently working on two books, “The Outward-Focused Church” and “What the Church can learn from Harley Davidson.”
Dave has expertise in both the secular and church world brings a wide arena of knowledge and experience in helping organizations move from an Inward-Focused Culture to an Outward-Focused Culture.
After moving to the PNW in August of 2020, Grady and his wife have transitioned to Kelso to serve at Kelso Christian Assembly (KCA). Before moving he served at One Church in Riverbank CA. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry Leadership from Northwest University and has pursued ministry since 2014. As he has moved forward in his own journey, he found that he loves to help other leaders grow in their talents, to support, and encourage them as they continue to lead in different areas of Ministry. He is passionate about seeing leaders live and walk in the calling God has placed on their lives.

Feeling a call to ministry from an early age, Jon pursued ministry whole-heartedly. Jon received his B.A. in Philosophy & Religion and Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry and his M.A. in Missional Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University located in Nampa, Idaho. He has been on a journey to understand what ministry looks like centered around mission.
Jon’s expertise lies not only in effective design solutions but in creating a missional ministry. Working with Dave Cole since 2017, Jon and Dave hope to see their minis- tries work to benefit pastors, leaders, and the world.
Debbie is an inspirational speaker, life coach, and mentor. She is a wife, mother and nana to five amazing grandkids. As an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God she facilitates a ministry called “Alongside” that brings connection, encouragement and resources to ministry wives. Debbie is a graduate of Northwest University with a Masters in Missional Leadership and serves on the Alumni Board. In 2017 Debbie released a video series for ministry wives called “Off-Script with Debbie” and will complete the 5th season this year. Debbie’s personal Mission Statement is “To help develop leaders that are inwardly healthy while outwardly impacting their world for the Kingdom of God.”
Taylor is a certified OFN coach specializing in coach enlistment and care of our growing team of Outward Focused Network coaches. He equips, trains, and resources developing coaches within the network. Also, Host of the OFN podcast; a conversation to encourage leaders aspiring to lead outward-focused. He is an intuitive out-of-the-box thinker with creative and innovative ideas for personal and organizational development. Taylor is available for individual and staff/team consultations.
Shane has served as the executive pastor at Timberlake Church since 2013. TImberlake Church is a large, multi-campus church in the greater Seattle area with a strong focus on reaching the unchurched. Shane leads a staff of over 75 and has experience in both small and mega church contexts. With a focus on business and church leadership, Shane excels in church systems and strategies to make the most of your church’s impact and development.
